This weekend I get to meet Girls Aloud for the 4th time. Yes I'm officially pesting them! Can I say sorry for the bad impression that I've been doing of Nadine all week, which sounded like Mrs Doubtfire according to the girlfriend.
Was lovin the 4Play this morning. Tv highlight of the week as it's Apprentice night at 9. Apparently Sir Alan, morning Sir Alan, 3 bags full Sir Alan gets mad and fire's two of the muppets tonight!
Went to Iford yesterday for some training from the pro Rod who's very good but then I guess you would be if you were a pro golfer. Me and Bow- Yeah have been set a challenge to play in a competition in September.
I must say sorry to my new girlfriend who was upset at the picture that I put on the blog yesterday. That wasn't really a picture of her and so she told me to put a nice one of her on here. So here she is, this picture was taken on Sunday as she went out in fancy dress for a friends birthday.................................
The F stands for FIT by the way, and I think she is as well!
Tues 6th May
Happen to mention this morning that I wee like a girl in the mornings to try and save some time whilst getting ready. I combine the morning duties of brushing my teeth and weeing to try to save time.
Also I admitted to collecting stamps when I was younger and Jade admitted to collecting postcards. What is geekier??? At least with stamps they might be worth some money, not that I ever had any penny blacks, mostly 1st and 2nd class one's.
I'm now about to upset a few people here............. I have a confession to make! I have brought myself a girlfriend. I got one from a mail order catalogue, think it was Kay's, Littlewoods. Actually that brings back fond memories of being young and getting the new Kay's catalogue and the first section I checked out was the ladies underwear section. Cheeky!!

Well today it was the 1 year birthday of me doing Breakfast. I laid on a lovely buffet with the added bonus of some Lambrusco Light. To see the pics then take a look at the homepage.

Stayed in last night to watch the footy. Ordered a pizza to dinner as I couldn't be arsed to cook. They told me it would be delivered at 8. 10 past and it still hadn't arrived. Like most men by this point I'm hungry and start pacing up and down the flat and looking at the window stressing! Everytime I hear a car I hope thats its the pizza. Eventually it turns up at 8.15. Waiting for food is stressful!!
Just been to the Co-Op to play another immature practical joke. I feel a bit bad about this one. Here's a pic below to show what I did...........

Ok lets admit it. I hate getting up! I love doing the show but hate hate hate getting up at 5am.
Think its cos I havn't had an early night since last Thursday. Didn't get into bed til midnight, so tonight I will be in bed by 9!
Went out on the new improved Scooter. Its better and faster and I want it. I can't wait to get old so I can get one. Actually if I won the 10k I would buy one. Check out a pic of the new Scootang above

Just finished doing my best of, for this radio award that I'm going for! To me it sounds great and very funny but I doubt I'll win. By the way thanks to anyone that has called up my mobile and left a message about how great I am.
Went shopping last night at Sainsburys. I've always been a Tesco person. Ever since I can remember when me and my sister used to do the big weekly shop on a Friday with mum and dad. Anyway I didn't like the experience. Nothing wrong with Sainsburys, but I just didn't know where anything was!

Thurs 10th Fishkill
Had to sky plus my fav programme last nite. Sky + is great but I do miss the guess work and work that went into setting up your video timer. Usually to record Match of the Day and getting it wrong so you got some late night subtitled channel 4 programme. Or messing the time up so you would miss the last 5 mins of the film.
Anyway was a late one and got in at midnight then had to watch The Apprentice so I could talk about it this morning. On the show tomorrow I have a Alan Sugar wind up call which involves his pants and a laundry, which is funny.
Also the 80's on 4 Play and if you could call up my mobile and say how great the show is and I am, basically LIE! If you do that then I might just win an award as the best commercial radio presenter, but somehow I doubt it. It will probably be some arse who works on a talk radio station in London as it usually is!!!

This morning it was another challenge in Dirty Sanchez style. Got myself a load of pegs from Tesco and decided to tr and put as many on my face as I could. Don't try it cos it really does hurt!!

Can't believe Bowyeah went to the X-factor tour with her bloke over the weekend. The tickets were supposed to be for us. I only found out by accident and she then went very sheepish on the show!!

Thursday 13th March
Played footy again last night and scored 12. Wish I was scoring off the pitch!! Got back home and watched some TV, have a new fave programme which is Dextor on ITV, although still love Ashes To Ashes which is on tonight.
Also caught a party political broadcast from the chancellor Alistar Darling(great name) cos of his budget. He was on about now old biddy's are better off and children and stuff but didn't take any of it in. All I could do is stare at him for the whole 5 mins trying to work out why and how his hair is white and his eyebrows were so black and bushy????
Got another offer of a Russian girlfriend gain on the e-mail. Here she is....What a beauty. Maybe I'm some sort of massive celeb in Russia and I just don't know it??? cos every week Russian girls want a piece of me!

Wednesday 12th March
So here I am at my desk at 6.17 am. I havn't been to bed yet since I had a little sleep Tuesday afternoon. Had to DJ again for Niall at Bliss last night. Didn't finish til 4 so not much point sleeping!
Got two numbers from a couple of girls last night. Now here's the dilema. They are friends but told me not to tell the other one that they have given me there number! So technically I could go out with both cos they don't want the other one to know! Genius!
The reason I had to work was because Niall had some girl coming down to stay. He went to meet her at the travel lodge. He's turning more and more into Alan Partridge each day! He'll be living in a static home next and have an Eastern European girlfriend. Maybe she was!

Monday 10th March
Been taking the mickey out of Sat night DJ Ross E B most of last week. He found out over the weekend and got his own back today. He came in with two beefcake blokes and tied me up and shaved some of my hair!
Later on today Bow-Yeah is chatting to some bloke who's a fashion guru/stylist bloke. He's been given pic's of me ad Niall and he's going to comment on how we look and how to improve our look. So I'll play that on the show tomorrow.
Plus we'll get Andrea from Halo Hypnotherapy on the show ahead of National No Smoking Day on Wednesday. She'll be giving someon the chance to give up, and it really does work!

Tuesday 26th February
Bow-Yeah picked me up for our 10 pin bowling last night so that were on time for a change. Got to Tower Park Bowlplex just before 8 and couln't see anyone. Got to about 5 past 8 so I made some calls and it turned out we were supposed to be at the other Bowlplex in Branksome! Whoops!
After a bad first round I scored 140 in the second game. Not as bad as Bow-Yeahs high score of 71.
Niall Mahoney is on holiday this week. We thought tht he had gone on one of those Saga old man cruises?? Turns out he has taken a week off to moonlight at the Bowlplex in Branksome. Here he is pictured with me from last night:

Got given a fish yesterday from listeners Steph and Jess. He's called Dave, after me I guess. And if you look below you will see a pic of me and him,(He's the one in the bowl).
I don't know how he's still alive cos Sam from sales has been over feeding him and she put tap water in his bowl, which is not good for them! I keep calling Dave a he but I'm not even sure how u tell the sex of a goldfish??? If you know let me know!
Yesterday my mate asked me to go and play golf. Their I was expecting a long afternoon on the golf course, instead it turned out to be Crazy golf down the beach! Lucky I didn't invest in a set of clubs and some plus four's. Think they are golf trousers?

Bow-Yeah finally cracked this morning. After weeks of my taking the mick she got her own back, by giving out my mobile number.

Mon 18th Feb
Got contacted last week to go on some protest march against how KFC treat chickens. That River Cottage bloke and Jodie Marsh are also going on the march. Clearly they are going for all the A-lsit celebs!!
My problem is I love KFC and as long as it tastes good I don't really care if the chickens live in a penthouse or shedhouse! Although I'll get to rekindle my love affair with Jodie. What a dilemma? I love KFC chicken breasts and I also love Jodie's breasts.............ok she wins!!!
Tv is rubbish! Why we have to pay for a licence when all we get served up is the creap that was on last night. Around the world in 80 gardens, Dancing on Ice, some programme about a body wrapped up in a blacket! In the end I chose to play X-box live, Pro Evo Soccer. Whcih was fine til I got a 5-1 whipping from some bloke from Manchester!

Also got an email from a girl from Russia who is coming over to Bournemouth to steal, sorry get a job. She is looking for friends and even a lover. Bowyer says she has great cheekbones, but I'm more worried as to why a 26 year old girl is carrying round a toy giraffe??

It was a bad day being Dave yesterday. Lost my phone and had to use a phone box, Yuk! Last time I used one of them was to wee in on a Friday night! Then I got a parking ticket! Its the world Vs Dave and I never win!
Although I have come up with an award winning idea which I shall offer up on Dragons den. I want £20 grand in exchange for a 5% share in the Smokers Helmet! Here's how it works....... see pic for more info!
Whilst working at Dundee's on at the weekend I invented the Smokers Helmet. You can't smoke in a club and its cold outside so use the Smokers Helmet. It works with hands in the helmet that holf the fag and the lighter! And has a vacuum thats sucks the smoke out into the smoke bag. Which you can empty at the end of the night. Plusfor the ladies it is available in pink!
Yes I know I am a genius! Put that in ya pipe and smoke it Peter Jones. Whilst of course wearing the Smokers Helmet!

So glad its the weekend. Not that I get much of one cos I'm gigging tonight at Bliss and Dundee's Saturday. Going home this weekend to pick up a puppy. Brought him for my mum but she dosn't want him so I said I'll have him.
Although sometimes I can't even look after myself let alone a animal. Although Jade just said I'm great with dogs, not the canine variety!

Dave and Jade IQ Challenge!
They both recently took part in a Mensa IQ Test and Dave felt confident he would win!!!
Despite Dave’s degree in economics he was beaten by the blonde bomb shell that is Jade Bowyer….
