Claire and Dave have started taking karate lessons!

It was a chilly Monday night as Dave and Claire tried to find the Stokewood Leisure Centre. . . . .

We got totally lost on the way there but luckily arrived in time for the start of the session . .

After and hour and 40 mins of training we were knackered . . .  This photo was taken at the end of the session . . .  to be honest it’s probably something they do for all new recruits who survive their first training session!  We will keep you posted with our progress here . . . .
